We are looking for enthusiastic UI & Backend Development Interns who are interested in working across frontend and backend development and gaining hands-on experience in building real-world digital products.

Role Overview

As a UI & Backend Development Intern, you will work with the technology team on frontend development, backend services, API integration, database-related tasks, debugging and application enhancements.

The role is suitable for candidates who enjoy both user interface development and backend programming and want to build strong full-stack development fundamentals.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in developing and enhancing web applications.
- Build and maintain user interface components.
- Work with backend services and REST APIs.
- Integrate frontend applications with backend APIs.
- Assist in developing and maintaining backend services.
- Work with databases and basic data operations.
- Debug and resolve UI and backend issues.




- Participate in testing and code reviews.
- Collaborate with developers, UI/UX and product teams.
- Follow coding standards, Git/version-control practices and development guidelines.
- Learn and work with modern web development technologies.

Required Skills

- Valuable understanding of programming fundamentals.
- Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript.
- Knowledge of React.js or a similar frontend framework is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Node.js / backend development is preferred.
- Understanding of REST APIs and JSON.
- Basic understanding of SQL/database concepts.
- Familiarity with Git/GitHub.
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills.
- Strong willingness to learn and work on real-world projects.

Good to Have

- Academic or personal projects using React.js and Node.js.
- Knowledge of TypeScript.
- Experience working with REST APIs.
- Basic knowledge of PostgreSQL / MySQL / MongoDB.
- Understanding of responsive web design.
- Exposure to AWS or any cloud platform.
- Knowledge of UI/UX principles.
