SERVICE ADVISOR – TWO WHEELER

Key Responsibilities

Attend customers and understand their vehicle service/repair requirements.

Prepare accurate job cards based on customer concerns.

Explain required service, repairs, and estimated costs to customers.

Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of work.

Provide regular updates to customers regarding service progress.

Conduct vehicle inspection and explain additional repair requirements.

Ensure proper documentation and billing coordination.

Handle customer queries and complaints professionally.

Conduct service follow-ups and collect customer feedback.

Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality.

Coordinate with Parts, Service and Sales teams whenever required.

Eligibility

Diploma / ITI / Graduate candidates preferred.





Previous experience as a Service Advisor in the two-wheeler/automobile industry will be an advantage.

Good communication and customer-handling skills.

Basic knowledge of two-wheeler servicing and repair.

Valid two-wheeler driving licence.

Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.
