We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Travel Consultant – Branch Head / Team Head to lead our travel operations, manage a team of travel consultants, and drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the travel consultant team.
- Handle domestic and international travel packages, including customized itineraries.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, DMCs, hotels, and travel partners.
- Manage customer enquiries, quotations, bookings, and end-to-end travel arrangements.
- Drive sales targets, revenue growth, and team performance.
- Handle client negotiations, follow-ups, and conversions.
- Ensure excellent customer service and customer satisfaction.
- Train and guide team members to improve sales and operational efficiency.

Requirements
- Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry.
- Previous experience in team handling, branch management, or sales leadership is preferred.




- Strong knowledge of domestic and international holiday packages.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Robust leadership, sales, and team management abilities.
- Ability to achieve individual and team sales targets.

Compensation & Benefits
- Salary up to ₹1,00,000 per month, based on experience and expertise.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
