Job Role

We are looking for energetic candidates for Sales of Domestic & International Tour Packages. The main role is to generate leads, convert inquiries into bookings, and achieve sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Lead Conversion: Handle Domestic /Inbound calls, WhatsApp, and email inquiries. Pitch suitable domestic and international holiday packages, send detailed quotations, and follow up to convert leads into bookings to achieve sales targets.

Package Promotion: Promote packages and upsell additional services (flights, insurance, sightseeing). Clearly explain package inclusions, payment terms, and policies.

Customer Handling: Build long-term relationships with clients, provide prompt customer service, and update CRM lead statuses regularly.

Performance Reporting: Meet monthly revenue targets and report daily sales and follow-ups to management.





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Education: Graduate/ Dipolma in Tourism or Experince in Travel Industry
- Experience: 0–3 years in Travel Sales (Freshers with strong communication skills are welcome to apply).
- Skills: Excellent communication in English and Hindi, strong negotiation and closing skills, self-motivated, and basic knowledge of MS Office
