Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced Training Manager to plan and conduct employee training programs, improve service standards, and support employee development across hospitality operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify training needs across different hotel departments.
- Prepare and implement monthly and annual training calendars.
- Conduct induction and orientation programs for new employees.
- Train employees on guest service, grooming, communication, and SOPs.
- Coordinate with HODs to identify performance and skill gaps.




- Conduct refresher and departmental training programs.
- Monitor employee participation and training effectiveness.
- Maintain training records, attendance, and reports.
- Evaluate employee performance after training.
- Promote a strong culture of continuous learning and service excellence.
