Role Description The Trainer – AI for Filmmaking will design and deliver instructor-led training programs that teach learners how to use AI tools and workflows in film pre-production, production, and post-production. This full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram involves planning curriculum, creating learning materials, and conducting live interactive sessions focused on generative AI for scriptwriting, storyboarding, concept art, editing assistance, and other creative filmmaking tasks.



The trainer will guide learners through hands-on projects, demonstrations, and assignments using relevant AI platforms and no-code/low-code tools, ensuring participants can apply AI in practical filmmaking scenarios.

Day-to-day responsibilities include evaluating learner progress, providing feedback and mentoring, collaborating with the content and product teams to update course material, and staying current with emerging AI technologies and industry trends in film and media. The trainer may also support corporate and institutional training engagements, contribute to thought leadership content, and participate in community events or workshops related to AI in creative production.

Qualifications

- Strong filmmaking foundation, with practical experience in one or more areas such as scriptwriting, directing, cinematography, editing, post-production, or film production workflows.

- Hands-on expertise with Generative AI tools for text, image, and video (e.g., AI-assisted scriptwriting, concept art generation, video enhancement, and editing support), and familiarity with agentic AI or workflow automation relevant to creative production.

- Experience using no-code or low-code AI platforms, creative software (e.g., Adobe Creative Cloud or similar), and modern collaboration tools in a production or training environment.

- Demonstrated ability to teach, train, or mentor learners, with strong instructional design skills for creating practical projects, assignments, and step-by-step learning paths.
