1. Responsible for execution and documentation of the developmental and cGMP Purification / Chiral separation activities by preparative chromatographic techniques.
2. Following and ensuring the safety practices in the laboratory.
3. Responsible for the good housekeeping in the laboratory.
4. Monitoring the environmental conditions in the laboratory.
5. Following and maintaining quality systems in cGMP purification services department.
6. Following all the departmental and applicable SOPs in the laboratory.
7. Requesting for the issuance of documents from QA.
8. Operation of the equipment’s namely, Preparative HPLC instrument, Novasep DAC column packer, Precision balance, Sonicator, Rotavapor’s, in the purification services department.
9. Performing the cleaning of the equipment’s as per the predefined procedure.
Ensuring the Data Integrity and to follow the positive documentation practices in the laboratory.
