Trainee Engineer (Electronics & Electrical)

The Trainee Engineer Electronics & Electrical will support technical training, practical laboratory activities, project development and technical consulting in the areas of Electronics, Electrical Engineering, PLC & Industrial Automation, PCB Fabrication & Design, Embedded Systems and IOT for students and working professionals.

The role involves delivering classroom and hands-on training, preparing lesson plans and practical exercises, conducting demonstrations, assessing trainee performance and providing technical guidance during projects. The candidate will be required to explain technical concepts clearly and convert theoretical knowledge into practical applications.

Key responsibilities include training trainees in PLC programming, ladder logic, sensors, actuators, industrial automation, PCB schematic and layout design, PCB fabrication, soldering, electronic assembly, testing and troubleshooting. The candidate will also provide practical exposure to microcontrollers, embedded systems, IoT devices, sensors,



communication protocols and basic programming.

The engineer will assist in technical consulting, prototype development, troubleshooting and solution development, including component selection and technical design review. The role will also involve preparing and updating technical course content, practical manuals, assignments and assessment material according to industry requirements.

The candidate will support the setup, operation and maintenance of technical laboratories, including proper utilization of electronic and electrical equipment, tools and consumables.

Qualification: Diploma/B.E./B.Tech. in Electronics, Electrical, Electronics & Communication, Electrical & Electronics, Instrumentation or a related discipline.

Preferred Skills: PLC, PCB design/fabrication, electronics troubleshooting, embedded systems, IoT, Arduino/ESP32, basic programming and simulation/design tools.

Freshers with strong practical knowledge may be considered. Positive communication, teaching ability, problem-solving skills and a hands-on approach are essential.
