We are a growing construction and infrastructure contracting firm based in Kozhikode, engaged primarily in PWD and other government-funded infrastructure projects.

As our company continues to expand, we are looking for a Trainee Accountant who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and build a strong career in accounts and finance within the construction industry.

This position is ideal for a B.Com graduate or finance-background candidate who wants more than just a routine accounting job and is interested in gaining practical exposure to the financial operations of a growing construction company.

Key Skills & Requirements

- B.Com / Finance background preferred
- Basic knowledge of Tally
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word & Google Sheets
- Positive numerical and communication skills
- Willingness to learn and take responsibility
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Ability to maintain records and handle day-to-day accounting activities
- Candidates residing in or around Kozhikode City are preferred

Training & Career Growth During the training period, the candidate will work closely with our Senior Accountant and Management Team and receive practical exposure to:

- Day-to-day accounting operations
- Tally and accounting documentation
- Purchase and expense records
- Bills, vouchers and payment documentation
- Bank and cash transactions
- Construction project accounts
- Contractor and supplier payments
- Basic project financial management
- Documentation and reporting
- Basic financial reporting and management support
- Understanding how the finance department of a construction company operates

Candidates who successfully complete the training period and demonstrate good performance, responsibility, discipline and the ability to handle accounting responsibilities will be considered for permanent employment with the company.
