Role & responsibilities

- Understand business requirements and translate them into effective IT/solution designs.

- Design and manage SAP TPM application enhancements and configurations.

- Lead testing activities including test planning, test case creation, defect tracking and resolution.

- Coordinate with business users, IT teams, project teams and external partners for solution delivery.

- Manage application upgrades, enhancements, data migration and deployment activities.

- Troubleshoot application issues and provide Level 3 support to ensure SLA adherence.

- Monitor application performance and resolve post-production issues.

- Maintain solution and configuration documentation.

- Support the complete application lifecycle from implementation through maintenance and retirement.

Preferred candidate profile

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Trade Promotion Management, preferably in the FMCG/Consumer Goods industry.

- Solid hands-on experience in SAP TPM / SAP CRM / CBP or similar Trade Promotion applications.
