Key Responsibilities
- Acquire current corporate and SME clients for trade finance products.
- Manage and strengthen relationships with existing customers.
- Promote trade finance solutions such as:
- Letter of Credit (LC)
- Bank Guarantee (BG)
- Import & Export Finance
- Bills Discounting
- Supply Chain Finance
- Forex Services
- Understand customer business requirements and recommend suitable banking solutions.
- Coordinate with operations, credit, and compliance teams for smooth transaction processing.
- Cross-sell banking products like Current Accounts, Working Capital Loans, Cash Management Services, and Forex.
- Ensure compliance with bank policies, RBI guidelines, and AML/KYC norms.
- Achieve monthly and annual business targets.
- Monitor customer portfolios and identify opportunities for business growth.
- Resolve customer queries related to trade finance services.
