Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager with 7–10 years of proven experience in the real estate and construction industry to lead end-to-end execution of residential, commercial, or mixed-use projects. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, monitoring, and delivering projects within scope, budget, quality, and timelines while ensuring compliance with statutory and safety requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete project lifecycle from planning through execution, handover, and project closure.
- Develop project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and execution strategies.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation plans to avoid delays and cost overruns.
- Ensure adherence to project quality standards, safety protocols, and regulatory compliance.
- Review engineering drawings, BOQs, contracts, and technical specifications.
- Track project costs, prepare MIS reports, and monitor budget utilization.
- Conduct regular site inspections and progress review meetings with stakeholders.
- Manage contractor performance, billing, certifications,



and change orders.
- Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials in coordination with procurement and supply chain teams.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance project efficiency and quality.

Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
- Master's degree in Construction Management, Project Management, or MBA (preferred).
- 7–10 years of relevant experience in real estate project execution.
- Experience in residential, commercial, township, or mixed-use developments.

Required Skills
- Strong project planning and execution capabilities.
- Sound knowledge of construction methodologies and project management principles.
- Experience in budget management and cost control.
- Knowledge of contracts, tendering, and vendor management.
- Familiarity with local building regulations and statutory approvals.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
