Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Puducherry for professionals and fresh graduates interested in TOS Navis N4, Groovy development, and US account support. Day-to-day responsibilities may include supporting terminal operating system (TOS) activities within Navis N4, assisting in developing or maintaining Groovy-based scripts and configurations, and handling tasks related to US client accounts such as data updates, documentation, and process coordination.

The role involves working closely with operations, IT, and client service teams to ensure accurate system configurations, smooth workflow execution, and timely issue resolution.



Team members will be expected to follow standard operating procedures, maintain high levels of data integrity, and communicate clearly with colleagues and supervisors. As this role is open to freshers, initial training and guidance will be provided, with opportunities to build a career in IT-enabled operations and logistics technology.

Qualifications

- Interest or foundational knowledge in terminal operating systems (TOS), particularly Navis N4, and willingness to learn system configuration and operations.
- Basic understanding of programming or scripting concepts; familiarity with Groovy, Java, or similar languages is an advantage.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail in handling data, documentation, and system-related tasks.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills for working with internal teams and supporting US-based accounts.
- Ability to work on-site in Puducherry on a full-time schedule, managing time and tasks responsibly.
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in engineering, computer science, information technology, logistics, or a related field; candidates with equivalent practical skills are also encouraged to apply.
- Willingness to work with global clients and adapt to process requirements, including possible shifts aligned to international time zones.
- Proficiency in basic office productivity tools and comfort with learning new enterprise software systems.
