- Ensure reception of tooling on due time
- Monitor conformance and good condition of the tools
- Ensure conformity to standard and procedure
- Ensure availability of tools for supporting operations (condition, calibration, scheduling…)
- Proposing process changes to improve efficiency
Have team spirit:
- strong relationship with the methods and industrialization, Quality, Operations and HSE teams.
- Leadership to lead the activity and the team
Know-how:
- Ability to lead in a technical and/or complex organization.
- Management & reporting skills.
- Ability to adapt to the recent digital environments.
- Advance knowledge of IT tools for the rooters management
