Key Responsibilities & Technical Requirements

- Robust knowledge of Networking Fundamentals, including:
- o Switches, Routers, and Firewalls.o Basic networking concepts, TCP/IP, and troubleshooting.
- Hands-on experience with ManageEngine OpManager monitoring tool.
- Good understanding of OpManager features, including:

o Network Path Analysis (NPA).o DHCP Scope Monitoring.o WAN Link Monitoring.o Device Backup and Configuration Management.Mandatory SkillsCandidate Expectation: Candidates must have practical knowledge of networking fundamentals and hands-on experience with OpManager features. Profiles without basic networking knowledge or OpManager monitoring experience will not be considered




- Knowledge of the Network Device Onboarding Process in OpManager, including device discovery, configuration, and monitoring.
- Ability to monitor network devices, identify alerts, and troubleshoot basic network issues.
- Understanding of network performance monitoring, device availability, and uptime.
- Experience in handling monitoring alerts, event management, and escalation processes.
- Should be able to independently manage day-to-day OpManager monitoring activities.
