WeShine Academy is looking for a General English Trainer to train students preparing for TNPSC examinations. The candidate should have strong English grammar, vocabulary and comprehension skills with the ability to teach concepts in a simple and exam-oriented manner.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct General English classes for TNPSC aspirants.
- Teach grammar, vocabulary, comprehension and sentence structure.
- Explain concepts clearly with exam-oriented examples.
- Prepare study materials, notes and practice questions.
- Conduct topic-wise tests, mock tests and revision sessions.
- Explain previous-year TNPSC General English questions.
- Identify students' learning gaps and provide guidance.
- Conduct doubt-clearing sessions.
- Stay updated with the latest TNPSC syllabus and exam pattern.
- Support the academic team in preparing quality English content.

Eligibility & Skills




- Bachelor's or Master's degree in English or a relevant field.
- Robust knowledge of English Grammar and Vocabulary.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of TNPSC General English syllabus.
- Previous competitive-exam teaching experience is an advantage.
- Candidates with TNPSC exam preparation experience are preferred.
- Freshers with strong subject knowledge can also apply.
- Ability to explain English concepts in a simple and engaging manner.
- Passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Preferred Candidates
- TNPSC Prelims/Mains qualified candidates.
- Candidates with competitive-exam teaching experience.
- English faculty with strong TNPSC syllabus knowledge.
