- Drive external/ internal sales activities in alignment with organizational revenue and growth objectives, in close coordination with the Head –
- C&I; Business Development.
- Lead client engagement through meetings, site visits, and on-ground interactions to drive conversions and strengthen long-term relationships.
- Take end-to-end ownership of deal execution, from client acquisition and proposal presentation to commercial negotiations and contract finalization.
- Collaborate with technical and financial modelling teams to develop customized proposals and competitive commercial offerings tailored to client requirements.
- Monitor sales performance, manage the deal pipeline, and provide accurate and timely revenue forecasts to senior management.
- Work closely with Key Account Managers to foster strategic relationships with key decision-makers across industrial and corporate client segments.
- Guide and Support manager- BD with all the required inputs, study, documentation, market information, regulatory risks, commercial understanding timely for proposal submission,

- Proven expertise in business development within the corporate PPA space, including captive and open access structures.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and deal-closing capabilities.
- In-depth understanding of project economics, regulatory frameworks, and client return-on-investment (ROI) considerations.
- Self-driven and outcome-oriented, with the ability to independently manage and close high-value transactions.
- Robust team management and leadership skills, with a clear focus on performance delivery.
- Willingness to travel extensively for client engagements, site assessments, and business development activities.

Qualifications &

- Experience

- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or a related discipline
- MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10+ years of relevant experience in sales within the renewable energy sector.
- Demonstrated track record of successfully closing multi-megawatt renewable energy projects.
