WIZFAIR is looking for a Ticketing Executive with 11.5 years of relevant experience in airline ticketing and customer/voice support.
This is a blended role , with approximately 50% voice support responsibilities , so candidates must have prior experience handling customers through voice processes along with hands-on ticketing exposure.
Key Responsibilities
Ticketing Travel Operations
- Handle domestic/international flight ticketing and related customer requests.
- Make new bookings, modifications, cancellations, and reissues as required.
- Check flight availability, fares, schedules, and applicable airline rules.
- Assist customers with ticketing-related queries and provide accurate information.
- Ensure timely and accurate completion of ticketing transactions.
Voice Support
- Handle customer queries and requests through inbound/outbound voice support.
- Provide professional and effective customer service over calls.
- Resolve booking, cancellation, modification, and travel-related queries.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and follow the defined service processes.
GDS Operations
- Hands-on experience with at least one GDS platform is mandatory.
- Candidates should have practical experience with any one of the following:
- Amadeus
- Sabre
- Galileo
Candidate Requirements
- 11.5 years of relevant ticketing experience .
- Prior voice process/customer support experience is mandatory .
- Hands-on experience in at least one GDS platform Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo .
- Good knowledge of airline ticketing processes.
- Valuable verbal and written communication skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Comfortable working in a blended ticketing + voice support role.
- Candidates with significantly higher experience may not be suitable, as this is a junior-level position .

Compensation
CTC: Up to 40,000
Preferred Profile
Candidates who closely match the following profile will be preferred:
11.5 years of ticketing experience + prior voice process experience + hands-on GDS exposure (Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo).
