We are looking for a Testing Engineer to perform electrical testing and inspection of CT, PT/VT and instrument transformers. Candidates with 0–1 year of experience and Diploma/BE Electrical freshers can apply.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform routine testing of CT, PT/VT and instrument transformers as per company procedures and applicable IS/IEC standards.
- Conduct:
- Insulation Resistance (IR) Test
- Winding Resistance Test
- Ratio Test
- Polarity Test
- Excitation / Knee Point Test
- Accuracy & Burden Test
- High Voltage (HV) / Dielectric Test
- Tan Delta & Capacitance Test, where applicable
- Operate testing equipment such as Megger, CT/PT Analyzer, TTR, HV Test Kit, Micro-ohmmeter and Multimeter.
- Check test results against drawings, specifications and customer requirements.
- Prepare test reports, inspection reports and quality documents.




- Troubleshoot testing failures and coordinate with Production and Quality teams for corrective action.
- Verify nameplate details, wiring, terminal connections and technical specifications before testing.
- Assist in FAT and customer/third-party inspections.
- Maintain testing instruments and ensure proper calibration.
- Follow electrical safety, PPE, 5S and quality procedures.

Candidate Profile

- Diploma in Electrical Engineering or BE/B.Tech Electrical Engineering.
- 0–1 year experience in transformer/CT/PT testing is preferred.
- Freshers are also eligible to apply.
- Basic knowledge of transformers, electrical measurements and high-voltage testing.
- Knowledge of CT ratio, PT ratio, burden, accuracy class, polarity and knee-point voltage will be an advantage.
- Valuable analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Willing to work in a manufacturing/testing environment.

Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
