About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Textile Incharge to manage day-to-day textile department operations, drive sales and targets, ensure effective offer execution, maintain inventory accuracy, and deliver excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations of the Textile Department and ensure smooth functioning.
- Drive sales targets and achievement of department KPIs.
- Ensure effective execution of offers, DBT, RBT & ATS.
- Maintain proper inventory levels, stock availability and replenishment.
- Monitor FIFO, stock aging, damages and shrinkage.
- Ensure proper product display, merchandising and presentation.
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer queries.




- Coordinate and supervise department staff and allocate daily responsibilities.
- Monitor staff performance and support achievement of sales targets.
- Prepare and maintain basic sales, inventory and performance reports.
- Coordinate with Store Operations, Warehouse and other departments for smooth operations.

Candidate Profile
- Graduate with 3+ years of experience in Textile, Apparel, Fashion Retail, Department Store or related industry.
- Strong understanding of textile/apparel products and retail operations.
- Good customer-handling and team-management skills.
- Target-oriented with robust operational discipline.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
