? We’re Hiring: Tender Executive – Transformers | Kundli, Sonipat

Overseas Reika is a BIS and ISO 9001:2015 certified transformer manufacturer that has served the power sector since 2013. We’re looking for a sharp, technically sound Tender Executive to run our tendering end-to-end.

What you’ll do

- Track and download tenders from GeM, CPPP, and state DISCOM/PSU e-procurement portals
- Study tender documents (eligibility, technical specs, BOQ, commercial terms) and flag what’s required
- Collect and organise all supporting documents: certificates, test reports, financials, and past orders
- Prepare and submit complete bids on time, including technical and financial bids, GTP, and compliance sheets
- Coordinate EMD and bank guarantees, pre-bid queries, and clarifications
- Make accurate transformer quotations and costing for tenders and direct enquiries
- Maintain a tender tracker covering status, deadlines,



results, and competitor rates

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years of experience in tender filing and management, preferably in transformers, electrical, or power equipment
- Hands-on experience with GeM, CPPP, and DISCOM/PSU portals, plus DSC-based e-bidding
- Understanding of transformer basics: ratings, losses, IS/IEC standards, and GTP
- Ability to read a tender and spot qualification gaps before submission
- Strong attention to detail and discipline with deadlines
- Valuable with MS Excel and Word, with clear written English and Hindi
- A Diploma or B.Tech in Electrical is preferred
