Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month, based on experience, communication skills, and interview performance
We are looking for a Telecaller to join our team in a Work From Home role. The candidate will be responsible for communicating with customers, understanding their requirements, providing relevant information, and following up with interested customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Make calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Explain services clearly and professionally.
- Understand customer requirements and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with interested customers through calls and messages.
- Maintain basic records of calls and follow-ups.
- Coordinate with the team regarding customer requirements and updates.
- Achieve assigned daily/weekly communication and follow-up targets.
Requirements:
- Tamil and English communication skills are mandatory.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of using smartphones and computers.
- Comfortable making customer calls and handling follow-ups.
- Ability to work independently from home.
- Freshers with good communication skills can also apply.
Salary & Selection:
- Monthly salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000
- Final salary will depend on the candidate's skills, experience, and interview performance.
- Selection will be based on the interview and communication assessment.
Work From Home Requirements:
- Smartphone or computer with a reliable internet connection.
- Quiet working environment suitable for making calls.
- Candidates should be available during the agreed working hours.
