We are looking for an experienced Telesales Manager to join our growing international fashion brand.

This role is specifically for candidates who have previous experience working with international clothing/fashion brands and handling US clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and grow sales from US customers.
- Handle and convert inbound leads into sales.
- Manage customer follow-ups and sales pipelines.
- Build strong relationships with US clients and customers.
- Identify opportunities to increase conversions and average order value.
- Handle customer objections and negotiate effectively.
- Monitor sales performance and achieve monthly targets.
- Track leads, follow-ups, conversions, and revenue in CRM/HR or reporting sheets.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
- Analyze sales performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Coordinate with customer support, marketing, ecommerce, and operations teams.
- Train and guide sales team members when required.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.

Mandatory Requirements The ideal candidate must have:

1–5 years of sales experience

Previous experience working with an international clothing/fashion brand

Previous experience handling US clients/customers

Strong spoken and written English

Experience in phone-based or online sales

Experience managing leads and follow-ups

Robust objection-handling and negotiation skills





Ability to work independently in a remote environment

Strong understanding of sales targets, conversion rates, and revenue

Preferred Experience

- Fashion ecommerce / clothing brand experience
- Shopify experience
- CRM experience
- Experience with US ecommerce customers
- Experience managing inbound/outbound calls
- Experience using Google Sheets/Excel for sales reporting
- Experience training or managing junior sales executives

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
