We are seeking highly driven Tele sales Agents for a high-intensity calling role. You will manage retail customers & insurance broker portfolios, build strategic relationships, and drive month-on-month revenue growth across crop, motor, health, and general insurance products.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Revenue: Execute high-volume sales calls to meet aggressive monthly targets.
- Convert Leads: Call outbound marketing leads to close direct customer sales.
- Manage Brokers: Own, nurture, and expand an assigned insurance portfolio.
- Product Sales: Sell general insurance products including crop, motor, and health.
- Build Relationships: Partner closely with brokers to consistently grow account value.
