Roles & Responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries through calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Generate leads, identify business opportunities, and convert prospects into clients.
- Follow up with prospective clients and ensure timely responses to queries.
- Explain company services and provide suitable solutions to clients.
- Coordinate with the sales and business development team to achieve targets.
- Maintain client records, track leads, and prepare regular reports.
Requirements
- Minimum graduate in any discipline.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Robust interpersonal, convincing, and negotiation skills.
- Customer-oriented approach with a proactive attitude.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
