Role Overview The Telesales Executive will connect with jobseekers who have registered, applied for jobs or shown interest in Tallento.ai services. The executive will understand the candidate’s requirements, explain suitable subscription plans and close the sale through structured follow-ups.

This is not a basic calling role. The executive must understand the candidate’s career concerns and clearly communicate how Tallento.ai’s paid services can support their job search.

Key Responsibilities

- Call registered and interested jobseekers from assigned leads.
- Understand the candidate’s job profile, experience, salary and career requirements.
- Explain Tallento.ai subscription plans, features, pricing and benefits.
- Recommend the appropriate subscription plan without making false commitments.
- Handle questions related to jobs, interviews, profile visibility and subscription benefits.
- Follow up consistently through calls and approved communication channels.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly sales targets.
- Maintain an individual monthly business/revenue target equal to 10× the monthly CTC.




- Maintain accurate lead status and call remarks in the CRM.
- Reconnect with interested candidates who did not purchase during the first conversation.
- Maintain professional behaviour even when candidates are uninterested or difficult.
- Coordinate with the support team for subscription activation and customer concerns.
- Follow company scripts, sales processes and data-protection guidelines.

Required Experience

- Graduate in any discipline (B.Tech, M.Tech, MCA, MBA preferred).
- Freshers can apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. (Good English Communication)
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and email communication
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and willing to learn.
