- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from the provided database.

- Handle inbound enquiries and provide accurate information about projects/products.

- Explain project features, pricing, offers, payment plans, and other details to customers.

- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable projects/products.

- Generate qualified leads and convert them into site visits or sales opportunities.

- Follow up regularly with interested and potential customers.

- Maintain proper records of calls, enquiries, follow-ups, and customer details.

- Coordinate with the Sales Team for site visits and customer meetings.

- Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.

- Build and maintain valuable relationships with prospective and existing customers.

- Provide regular updates and sales reports to the reporting manager.

- Handle customer objections professionally and work towards closing sales.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
