Job Summary

Chandan Industries & Shree Mitra Paints is looking for a Telesales Executive with 1–3 years of experience. The candidate will be responsible for calling leads provided by the company, generating sales, maintaining regular follow-ups, and achieving daily and monthly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

- Call the leads provided by the company and understand customer requirements.
- Explain products/services and provide relevant information to potential customers.
- Convert leads into successful sales through effective communication and follow-ups.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with interested and pending customers.
- Handle customer queries and objections professionally.
- Maintain proper records of calls, follow-ups, and sales.
- Complete assigned daily calling targets and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Update lead status and follow-up details regularly.
- Focus on maximum lead conversion and sales generation.

Requirements




- 1–3 years of experience in telesales, telecalling, inside sales, or a similar role.
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Comfortable making daily calls and handling multiple leads.
- Sales-oriented and target-driven approach.
- Valuable follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
