Roles and Responsibilities :
- Handle inbound calls from customers to resolve their queries and concerns related to banking products and services.
- Identify customer needs and provide personalized solutions, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Meet daily/weekly targets for call handling, sales conversion, and other performance metrics.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals and share knowledge on best practices.
Job Requirements :
- 1-5 years of experience in BPO or inside sales setting.
- Excellent communication skills in Bengali language (spoken).
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets through outbound calling campaigns.
