Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-oriented Telemarketing Executives / Senior Executives to generate leads, communicate with prospective customers, understand their requirements, and support the sales team in converting leads into business opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic communication.
- Explain company products/services and provide relevant information.
- Understand customer requirements and identify suitable solutions.
- Schedule appointments and site visits for the sales team.
- Maintain accurate call, lead and customer interaction records.
- Update lead status in CRM/software regularly.
- Achieve assigned daily, weekly and monthly targets.
- Coordinate with the sales and marketing teams for lead conversion.
- Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.
- Build and maintain robust customer relationships.

Requirements

- Any Graduate / Diploma preferred.




- 2 – 10 years of experience in telemarketing, telesales, customer service or a related field.
- Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluency in English and Tamil (preferred).
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable working with targets and deadlines.
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
- Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.
