Role & responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers from provided leads/data.

- Explain LAP and other loan product features clearly.

- Understand customer financial requirements and check basic eligibility.

- Generate fresh leads and follow up on existing leads.

- Fix appointments for field sales team (if required).

- Coordinate with credit and operations team for smooth processing.

- Maintain daily call reports and update CRM.

- Achieve monthly login and disbursement targets.

- Collection and forwarding of client KYC documents to Credit team

- Case Login on LOS/LMS

Candidate Requirements:

- Candidates with experience in Personal Loan / Business Loan / Home Loan / Gold Loan / Mortgage Loan tele-sales may also apply.

- Minimum English-speaking ability (basic communication required).

- Strong convincing and follow-up skills.

- Target-driven attitude.

- Basic computer knowledge.

Skills Required:

- Tele-sales experience in loan products

- Positive communication skills

- Negotiation and persuasion skills

- Ability to work under targets

- Basic understanding of loan documentation
