We are looking for enthusiastic and confident Freshers/Interns to join our team as Telecallers. Candidates will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, generating leads, and supporting the sales team.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Explain company products and services to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through calling.
- Follow up with potential customers.
- Maintain proper records of calls and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-ups.
- Handle customer queries professionally.
- Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Maintain a positive and professional communication style.

Eligibility
- Freshers and candidates with 0–1 year of experience can apply.




- Minimum qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate.
- Good verbal communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Candidates with a sales-oriented mindset will be preferred.
