? About TutrainTutrain is looking for a proactive, organized, and communication-oriented Telecaller Support Executive to join our team in Kota, Rajasthan.

If you enjoy interacting with parents, coordinating with tutors, managing leads, and contributing to students' academic journeys, we'd love to hear from you!

? Key Responsibilities✅ Contact prospective leads and understand their learning requirements.

✅ Schedule and coordinate demo classes for students and parents.

✅ Coordinate with tutors to ensure smooth demo scheduling.

✅ Follow up with parents and students to collect demo feedback.

✅ Convert interested leads into successful enrollments.

✅ Maintain strong relationships with parents, tutors, and internal teams.

✅ Handle parent queries and provide timely resolutions.

✅ Maintain accurate lead records, call outcomes, and follow-ups in CRM/Google Sheets.

✅ Achieve daily and weekly calling, demo booking, and enrollment targets.

✅ Support the Operations and HR teams with coordination and follow-up activities.

? Requirements? Minimum qualification: 12th Pass; Bachelor's degree preferred.

? At least 1 year of experience in telecalling,



customer support, or operations.

? Experience in the Education, EdTech, or E-learning industry is preferred.

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi.

? Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with Google Sheets or CRM tools.

? Strong coordination, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.

? Ability to multitask, manage priorities, and work in a target-driven environment.
