Position: Telecaller

Location: Dwarka, Sector 17, New Dellhi

Experience: 6 Months – 1 Year

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound and handle incoming calls
- Communicate professionally with customers/candidates
- Explain company services and requirements clearly
- Regular follow-ups with customers/candidates
- Maintain call records and update calling trackers
- Coordinate with the internal team for follow-ups
- Maintain a positive and professional approach during calls

Requirements

- 6 months–1 year of telecalling experience
- Good communication skills in Hindi & English
- Confident and polite personality
- Basic computer knowledge & MS Excel skills
- Good convincing and follow-up skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
