Job Summary

We are looking for enthusiastic and target-driven Telesales Executives to promote and sell health insurance policies over the phone. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their insurance requirements, explaining policy benefits, and converting leads into sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Explain health insurance plans, coverage, advantages, premiums, and policy features.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Generate leads, follow up with interested prospects, and close sales.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Assist customers with the application and policy purchase process.
- Maintain accurate customer records and update sales information in the CRM.
- Provide clear and accurate information about policy terms, exclusions, waiting periods, and claim procedures.
- Coordinate with the operations team for policy issuance and customer support.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable insurance regulations.





Required Skills and Qualifications
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Basic understanding of health insurance products or willingness to learn.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer-handling abilities.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems.
- Positive attitude, confidence, and a customer-focused approach.

Eligibility Criteria
- Minimum qualification: 12th pass or graduate.
- Freshers and experienced candidates may apply.
- Prior experience in telesales, telecalling, banking, or insurance sales is an advantage.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi; regional language skills are an added advantage.
