About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and highly result-oriented Tele Sales Executive with proven experience in the Forex / CFD / Financial Markets industry.

The candidate should have strong knowledge of the trading industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to convert leads into active clients.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle high-volume outbound calls to potential clients.
- Convert qualified leads into active trading clients.
- Explain Forex/CFD products, trading platform, account features, spreads and services.
- Follow up with leads through calls, WhatsApp and other communication channels.
- Handle client objections and build trust with prospective traders.
- Guide clients through the account opening and onboarding process.
- Maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Maintain accurate lead and sales records in CRM.
- Achieve daily, weekly and monthly conversion targets.




- Coordinate with Marketing, Operations and Client Support teams.
- Stay updated with Forex/CFD products, market developments and competitor offerings.

Candidate Profile

- 2+ years of relevant Forex / CFD / Stock Market / Financial Services sales experience preferred.
- Proven track record in client acquisition and conversion.
- Strong English communication and convincing skills.
- Excellent objection-handling and negotiation ability.
- Valuable knowledge of Forex/CFD trading and financial markets.
- Target-oriented and highly motivated.
- Comfortable handling international clients.
- Candidates with an existing sales track record in the Forex industry will be given priority.

Compensation

Salary is not a constraint for the right candidate.

We are prepared to offer a premium salary package + attractive performance-based incentives based on experience, existing performance and proven conversion ability.
