Role Overview

We are hiring a Tele-Sales Executive Partner Engagement & Outreach-Business Development. The role focuses on expanding our partner network by identifying potential business partners, engaging with them through calls and emails, and maintaining strong relationships with existing partners across India and international markets.

Key Responsibilities

*Reach out to prospective partners through outbound calls, emails, and regular follow-ups.

*Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners across India and international markets.

*Identify, qualify, and generate new business opportunities within the logistics industry.





*Present the company's networking platform and explain its value proposition to potential partners.

*Support the onboarding process for new partners and ensure a smooth experience.

*Maintain accurate records of calls, communications, and follow-up activities in the CRM or internal database.

*Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective partner engagement and issue resolution.

*Achieve individual outreach, lead generation, and partner acquisition targets.

Requirements

*Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (mandatory).

*Prior experience in tele-sales, inside sales, business development, or customer engagement is preferred.

*Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

*Comfortable making outbound calls and conducting regular follow-ups.

*Good organizational and time management skills.

*Basic understanding of the logistics or supply chain industry will be an added advantage.
