Job Position:- Tele Calling Executive

Location:- Kochi, Kerala

Experience:- 0 - 2 yrs

Salary:- ₹18,000- ₹20,000 per month

Key Responsibilities:-

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate solar enquiries.
- Explain basic information about rooftop solar systems and advantages.
- Follow up with leads received through digital marketing, references and other sources.
- Identify customer requirements and collect basic details such as electricity bill, location and contact information.
- Fix appointments for the Business Development Manager / Sales Team.
- Maintain daily call records and update lead status.
- Follow up regularly with interested customers until the lead is converted or closed.
- Coordinate with the sales team for site visits and further discussions.

Required Skills:-
- Good communication skills in Malayalam and English.
- Pleasant and confident telephone manner.
- Good follow-up and convincing skills.
- Basic computer knowledge and ability to use WhatsApp/Excel.
- Target-oriented and willing to make a high volume of calls.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
