Job Overview

WebSenor is looking for a confident and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team in Udaipur. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, communicating with potential customers, understanding their requirements, generating leads, and maintaining positive customer relationships.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a pleasant personality, and the ability to confidently speak with customers over the phone.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Introduce WebSenor's IT and digital services to potential clients.
- Understand customer requirements and identify business opportunities.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Explain services, offers, and solutions clearly to customers.
- Schedule meetings or calls with the sales/business development team.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer information.
- Handle customer queries professionally and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Coordinate with the Sales and Business Development teams.




- Maintain a positive and professional relationship with prospects and customers.

Required Skills
- Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Confident and persuasive personality.
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Basic knowledge of computers and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
- Good follow-up and relationship-building skills.
- Freshers can apply; prior telecalling, sales, or customer support experience is an advantage.

Preferred Qualifications
- Graduate in any discipline.
- 0–2 years of experience in Telecalling, Telesales, Customer Support, Lead Generation, or Business Development.
- Experience in an IT company, digital marketing agency, or service-based company will be an advantage.
