Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls and handle incoming customer enquiries.
- Explain Trading Floors services using approved scripts.
- Follow up with leads and assist with customer registration.
- Maintain accurate call records and daily follow-up reports.
- Coordinate with the sales and advisory teams.
- Achieve agreed calling and conversion targets.
- Refer investment queries to the authorized advisory team and avoid promising guaranteed returns.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience.
- Positive communication skills in Telugu and English; Hindi is an advantage.
- Strong follow-up, customer handling, and sales skills.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
