We are looking for an energetic and confident Telecaller to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls to students who have shown interest in our courses and guiding them about the programs, career opportunities, and counselling process.
Key Responsibilities
- Make 100+ outbound calls per day to leads generated through online campaigns.
- Speak with students and understand their educational and career interests.
- Explain Sky Arenaa's courses, training programs, and career opportunities clearly.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain regular communication.
- Convince and encourage prospective students to attend the online counselling session.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, follow-ups, and lead status.
- Convert interested leads into counselling appointments/admissions.
- Meet daily and monthly calling and conversion targets.
- Handle basic queries and coordinate with the counselling/admission team when required.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in telecalling, telesales, outbound calling, inside sales, or counselling.
- Valuable communication skills in Hindi and English.
- Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Good convincing and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and self-motivated.
- Candidates with experience in education sales/admission counselling will be preferred.
