Kanndam - Telecalling Executive - Female

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers.
- Communicate with customers in Kannada professionally and confidently.
- Explain company products/services clearly to customers.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephone calls.
- Follow up with leads and customers regularly.
- Maintain daily call records and customer information.
- Coordinate with the sales team for further follow-up and conversions.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Achieve daily and monthly calling and lead-generation targets.
- Submit daily call and productivity reports to the reporting manager.

Skills & Qualifications

- Good communication skills in Kannada.
- Basic communication skills in English/Tamil will be an added advantage.
- Valuable convincing and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge.




- Ability to handle customers professionally.
- Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Preferred Candidate
- Female/Male candidates can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, telesales, customer service, or sales experience will be preferred.
- Kannada-speaking candidates are required.

Salary ₹15,000 – ₹25,000 per month, based on experience and skills.(Negotiable)
