Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Telecaller to join our Tours & Travels team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, understanding their travel requirements, promoting our tour packages, and converting enquiries into bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and follow up on travel enquiries.

- Understand customers’ travel requirements, preferences, budget, and destinations.

- Explain and promote tour packages, holiday packages, hotel bookings, flight tickets, and other travel services.

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about packages, pricing, itineraries, and inclusions.

- Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to generate bookings.

- Maintain proper records of customer enquiries, follow-ups, and conversions.

- Build good relationships with customers and ensure a positive customer experience.

- Achieve daily/monthly calling, follow-up, and sales targets.

- Coordinate with the operations and sales team to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.





Requirements

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Good command of English and Malayalam; Hindi or other languages will be an added advantage.

- Confident and pleasant telephone manner.

- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp.

- Sales-oriented with good convincing and negotiation skills.

- Ability to handle multiple customer enquiries and follow up consistently.

- Previous experience in telecalling, customer service, sales, or the travel industry is preferred.

- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in travel and sales are also welcome.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
