Job Objective

We are looking for a Data Sorting Executive who can organize raw real-estate client data collected through tele calling and prepare it for uploading on our marketplace portal as verified property leads.

Key Responsibilities-

Receive raw client data from the tele calling team.

- Sort and organize client enquiries in Excel/Google Sheets.
- Check and clean mobile numbers and basic client information.
- Remove duplicate, incomplete and irrelevant entries.

- Categorize clients according to

- Location

- Property type

- Residential / Commercial

- Buying / Selling requirement

- Budget
- Plot / Flat / Villa / Shop / Office etc.
- Identify clients with genuine property requirements.
- Record the client's preferred location and budget accurately.
- Mark lead status such as Verified / Follow-up Required / Invalid / Duplicate / Not Interested.




- Prepare the final verified-lead sheet in the required format for upload to our marketplace portal.- Maintain proper records so that the same lead is not uploaded repeatedly.
- Coordinate with the tele calling team whenever information is incomplete or unclear.
- Maintain daily records of processed and verified leads.

Ideal Candidate- Good knowledge of Excel / Google Sheets.- Good typing and data-entry skills.- Basic understanding of real-estate terminology.- Good attention to detail.- Able to identify duplicate and incomplete data.- Organized and comfortable working with large amounts of data.- Previous experience in real-estate data management, CRM or telecalling support will be an advantage.

Key

This is primarily a data-processing and sorting job. No cold calling or sales calling is required.

The candidate's main responsibility is:Raw Client Data → Clean Data → Sort → Verify → Categorize → Upload-Ready Leads

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
