Role –Telecaller

Mode-Work from home

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective parents/leads and explain school programs and admission opportunities.
- Handle incoming enquiries professionally and provide accurate information. Generate, qualify and categorize leads based on parent requirements and interest level. Conduct systematic follow-ups through calls and appropriate communication channels. Schedule parent counselling sessions, campus visits and follow-up meetings for the admissions team.
- Maintain daily calling, lead and follow-up records in the CRM/assigned reporting system. Achieve assigned daily and monthly calling, qualified lead and conversion-support targets. Coordinate with field marketing and admissions teams for lead handover and follow-up.

Candidate Requirements

- Good Hindi and English communication skills.
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Confident, polite and persuasive communication style.




- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM/Google Sheets is preferred. Valuable listening, follow-up and customer-handling skills.
- Reliable internet connection, smartphone and suitable WFH setup.
- Target-oriented, disciplined and comfortable with daily calling activity.

General Expectations

- Maintain punctuality, professional conduct and regular reporting.
- Meet assigned daily/weekly/monthly KPIs and targets.
- Maintain confidentiality of parent, student and organizational information. Participate in team meetings, training sessions and review meetings as required. Demonstrate ownership, accountability and a strong customer-focused approach.
