About the Role

Pioneer Global Solutions is expanding its operations in the East Region and is looking for enthusiastic and confident Telecallers to join our team.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a confident calling approach, and the ability to interact with customers and business prospects professionally. Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or the IT industry will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective customers and business leads.
- Introduce the company, products, and services to potential clients.
- Generate and qualify leads through telephonic conversations.
- Understand customer requirements and share relevant information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, follow-ups, and customer responses.
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads and further discussions.
- Achieve assigned calling, lead generation, and follow-up targets.
- Handle customer queries professionally and build positive relationships.

Requirements
- Positive verbal communication and interpersonal skills.




- Fluent in English and Hindi; knowledge of regional languages will be an advantage.
- Confident and comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM or lead-tracking tools.
- Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer interaction is preferred.
- Candidates with IT/technology industry experience will be preferred.
- Ability to follow up consistently and work towards targets.
- Positive attitude, professional communication, and willingness to learn.
