Nexa Power Solar is looking for an enthusiastic and confident Tele caller to join our team in Pathankot.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to interact professionally with customers over the phone. Freshers are welcome to apply, and training will be provided to suitable candidates.

Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate interest in solar products and services.
- Explain solar solutions, offers, and basic product information to customers.
- Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with prospective customers.
- Schedule customer appointments and coordinate with the sales team.
- Maintain basic records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
- Achieve assigned calling and lead follow-up targets.
- Maintain a professional and friendly approach while communicating with customers.

Requirements




- Good verbal communication skills in Hindi and Punjabi; basic English is an advantage.
- Confident and polite communication style.
- Basic computer knowledge.
- Comfortable making customer calls and following up with leads.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Freshers can apply.
- Candidates with telecalling, customer support, sales, or lead-generation experience will be an advantage.
