We are seeking a motivated, articulate, and results-driven Telecaller to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for making outbound cold and warm calls, reaching out to potential customers, introducing our products/services, and generating qualified leads or closing sales.

An ideal candidate possesses strong communication skills, an engaging telephone manner, and the resilience to handle objections and achieve daily target goals.

Key Responsibilities

- Make cold and warm outbound calls to prospective clients using provided lead databases.
- Pitch products/services effectively by understanding customer needs and answering their questions.
- Pitch value propositions, handle customer inquiries, and transparent doubts/objections patiently.
- Identify and qualify potential leads for the senior sales team or schedule appointments/demos.
- Follow up regularly with potential leads who have shown prior interest.
- Maintain clear and accurate records of prospective customer interactions, status notes,



and call logs in the CRM system.
- Consistently meet or exceed daily call volume targets, lead generation quotas, and key performance indicators (KPIs).

Requirements & Qualifications

- Education: High school diploma or Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- Experience: Proven experience as a Telecaller, Telesales Representative, or Customer Service Agent (0–2 years; freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome).
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills in [Languages required, e.g., Tamil, English, Hindi, local language].
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of computer systems, MS Office (Excel/Word)
- Persuasiveness & Resilience: Strong negotiation skills with a positive attitude and the ability to handle rejection calmly.

Pay: From ₹12,000.00 per month
