We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Telecaller to join our team. You will be the primary voice of our company over the phone, connecting with prospective and existing customers, explaining our products/services, generating leads, and resolving queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to potential customers to introduce and promote our products or services.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Follow up on cold or warm leads and schedule appointments for the sales team.
- Persuade prospects, handle objections, and convert leads into sales or sign-ups.
- Handle customer complaints or feedback professionally and escalate issues when needed.
Pay: ₹18,000.00 per month
