TELECALLER — LEAD CALLING & FOLLOW-UP

Type: Full-time THE ROLE

This role owns the phone. You call new leads, follow up with people who showed interest, answer their questions and move them towards a decision. If a lead is not called on the same day or a follow-up is forgotten, that is this role's gap to close.

WHAT YOU WILL DO

- Call new leads quickly, ideally the same day they come in
- Explain the product or service in easy words and answer basic questions
- Follow up with interested people until they say yes or a clear no
- Ask the right questions to understand what the person needs, and note it down
- Update every call in the tracker or CRM: outcome, next step and follow-up date
- Send details or reminders on WhatsApp when it works better than a call
- Pass serious, ready-to-buy leads to the right person immediately
- Meet daily call targets and report your numbers at the end of the day

WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

- Fresher to 2 years. Telecalling, tele-sales or customer-facing experience is a plus,



not compulsory
- Clear, confident spoken Hindi and English
- Comfortable on the phone for most of the day
- Polite and patient, and able to handle "no" without losing energy for the next call
- Organised enough to keep an accurate call log
- Basic comfort with a CRM, Excel or Google Sheets
- Reliable and consistent every day

BONUS POINTS

- Past experience in sales or customer support
- Knowledge of Marathi or another regional language
- Has met or beaten a call or sales target before

WHAT THIS ROLE IS NOT

- Not data entry or a back-office job
- Not a role where you read a script word for word
- Not a role where follow-ups can wait for tomorrow
